Pumpkin Pie Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz. whipped cream vodka
3 oz. pumpkin cream liqueur
caramel sauce/maple syrup
crushed graham cracker crumbs
whipped cream
cinnamon stick, optional
star anise, optional

Fill a shaker with ice. Add vodka and pumpkin liqueur. Shake well. Rim martini glass in your preference of caramel sauce or maple syrup. Dip glass in graham cracker crumbs. Pour liquor into glass, then add a dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with a star anise and a cinnamon stick if you're feeling fancy.
Tips:
You can use anything you like to rim your glass before dipping! Choose a flavor you prefer, so long as the substance is sticky enough to hold the ingredients in place.
If you can't find a pumpkin cream liqueur at your local store, then you can use actual canned pumpkin puree. Make sure it's not pie filling though!
You'll also need to blend puree instead of simply shaking it with the vodka.
If you need to make a large batch of this for guests, then don't prepare until it's time to enjoy. Because of the puree/cream, the liquids will separate over time.
This is a COCKTAIL, not a mixed drink! If you need to get good & toasted to avoid a confrontation at dinner, then this'll work. Be advised though—more than two or three of these, and you might be the instigator of shenanigans! Drink responsibly, and NEVER drink and drive!
Happy Thanksgiving!
